URATA Shuichiro-san kindly sent me a different patch to make wired
TLB handling better, and I'll incorporate his patch, as well as
your table based initialization.

Unfortunetely, NetBSD/arc is currently very unstable (at least after
Mar 29), it hangs up quite easily. I'm currently investigating the
reason.

Is there any MIPS3 platform that has a hangup problem?

FWIW, NetBSD/arc at Mar 17 is stable enough.
