Subject: convert object file created by gcc

I build a cross-compiler on my i386 architecture to create object file
for a mips architecture
(host and build : i386-unknown-netbsd / / / target : mips-mips-elf)

As you can see the different object file which i create is in
ELF format, and when i use the command -s with mips-gcc, I build
assembly file but it's an "BSD" assembler file. I would like to know how
to build a assembly file which is specific to mips processor and which
not use the fact that I developp on a netbsd system.

It's more for an electronic application..I put the assembly code
(specific mips) to an EPROM (like a memory) then when my system boot, it
first it load the EPROM file ( at this moment there is no OS)
to configure the system and after I load a mips bsd operating system...

Thanks .
