I checked some info.

EISA I/O control is at physical 0x90000000 - 0x90ffffff
EISA MEM space is at physical 0x100000000 - 0x1ffffffff <-- 33 bit address.

Apperently ISA I/O is mapped to 0xe2000000 and *part* of ISA MEM to
0xe30000000. Page mask says 16Mb so you can only reach the first 16 meg
of the isa bus here. (Shrug) ISA I/O is port addr + 0x90000000.

So i don't think NEC changed to much...
You seems to have a second SCSI instead of where the floppy is and floppy
on what used to be the sound port. Anyway it's only chip selects..

And oh yes! - Pandora shows the wrong value for the *high* part of the physical
address. 02 should be 01. Yes, it's a Linux stuff program... :-)
