Very unlike :-).  The Magnum 3 series had R3xxx CPUs, while the PC-50
was a 100MHz R4000PC (or was that R4400) based system that had a lot
of dodads built into the motherboard, as well as an ISA or EISA bus (I
forget which).  At least that's what I gathered from reading the
Linux/MIPS kernel and boot code.  I've not actually seen one.
