Just to close out this thread: sqlite3-3.53.2.tgz appeared in
https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/powerpc/11.0_2026Q2/All/
sometime in the last couple of days, and packages can now be updated
again.  Thanks to whoever fixed that.
