Can't boot NetBSD on Powermac G5 (invalid memory access)

Hi all,

I can't get NetBSD to boot on any of my Powermacs (7,2 and 7,3). I tried the 8.0 ISO with the command "boot cd:,ofwboot.xcf netbsd.macppc", but it throws this error:

"Invalid memory access at   %SRR0: 00000000.00e0c4a8   %SRR1:   10000000.00003030"

and drops back to an OF prompt afterwards. 

Any hints?
