Best PCI ATA card?

I am still working to upgrade my server, and have run into a snag with the
third disk, which requires a second ATA channel.

I have a Sonnet Temp ATA133 card, and just bought a cheap ATA card that is
not recognized by NetBSD (pci 1283/8212) Sonnet works fine, but I'm
already using it elsewhere.

I want to acquire/buy a card that will work, and am having some trouble with
the ID of the cards to be supported.

The MacPPC docs/release notes say there are only 3 options - onboard ATA,
Promise Ultra, and Acard AEC-6260.

I note that the "generic" NetBSD support includes what appear to be SIIG
cards, and others (I presume that SIIG is Silicon Image) For these
cards the "marketing name" is not clear.

I can lay hands on the (expensive) SIIG card:

I don't want to buy it if it won't work.

Are there any recommendations out there?

Thanks
