Since you didn't say anything about it I guess radeonfb works propely  
on your machine.

Since the driver seems to get everything right except this:

And this seems to be the cause of the problem:

Apparently radeonfb thinks the aperture is 64MB but the X driver tries  
to map 128MB so it fails. I'll have a look at radeonfb. Meanwhile it  
might be helpful to build a kernel without radeonfb but with genfb and  
see if that changes anything.
