I have an L series in my iBook, and it works fine with atimisc. Mine
says:

(--) PCI:*(0:16:0) ATI Technologies Inc Rage Mobility L AGP 2x rev 100, Mem
@ 0x91000000/24, 0x
90000000/12, I/O @ 0x0400/8, BIOS @ 0x90020000/17

(In other words, it looks like it's the same model. Anyway, I just
posted the XF86Config file I'm using to the list [again], so it may
work.)
