You probably already know this, but OpenBSD uses a different driver for
DACA.  (How well it works I can't comment on, since I've never used
OpenBSD on my iBook.)

Interestingly, their man page says (under authors):  "The daca
driver was written by Tsubai Masanari and ported to OpenBSD by Joris
Vink."  So it may be that something was written for NetBSD a long
time ago but didn't make it into the tree?
