AFAICT, uhci.c has proper byteswap ops where appropriate,
but I have not tested it for long time.

According to PR/11018 umass at uhci on my macppc worked once,
so there was some timing problem, not endianness.
Maybe now I should try it on sgimips and prep, but
I can't find my VIA uhci right now. (sorry)
