It's worth a try but they use the same XFree86 as we do ( Debian at
least, others will use X.org ) so in all likelihood you'll have the same
problems.

You didn't tell me what kind of machine you're playing with, but the
chip is a Mobility Rage L and XFree finds a UniNorth bridge so I guess
you're using an iBook G3 or an early PowerBook - as far as I know they
all have the graphics chip soldered to the mainboard.
