It's not going to boot without the SystemDisk/StartupDisk nvram patches.
If the patches are loaded and the other OFW settings are correct, it
should just be setting boot-device to ide0/@0:0, "reset-all" and then
"boot"

ide0 is the HD, it's a patched alias to the ata channel which won't show
up without the nvram patches loaded.
