PowerMac 7300 / 7500 / 7600. Not too big, usually 120 - 200 MHz 604e, Not 
too loud, not too much power, serial console, motherboard ethernet, three 
PCI slots. As for the price, I'll send you one for free for the cost of 
shipping.

I'm using one in NYC with three PCI ethernet cards as an IPv6 / IP NAT 
router / firewall for a coffee / Internet cafe, a segment of public IP 
space, and for free wireless for Tompkins Square Park. Works great!
