ugh, i just can't win, can i?  ;)

db4 builds and installs fine, but then we get to openldap, and it hangs
in ./configure waiting indefinitely for:

checking for Berkeley DB thread support...

and never gets any further.  i've gotten the latest versions of db4 and
openldap out of pkgsrc's cvs, are there perhaps better versions to be using?

short of that, how do i convince this to continue correctly?
