The recent changes to powerpc/oea/cpu_subr.c haven't been pulled
up/weren't in 2.0-release and the MPC745X_P(vers) caught the 8003 of
MPC7447A.

The current version of cpu_subr.c only measures the CPU speed and L2/L3
caches if it recognizes the CPU, and those results can be seen in Matt
Thomas' two Mac Mini dmesgs.
