on Jan Schaumann's suggestion:

i just decomissioned an otherwise working powermac 8500/120 that ran
netbsd (1.5.2) for a number of years. the disk went bad, but otherwise the
system works well. i live in ann arbor michigan and am willing to donate
it to anyone working on netbsd/macppc (ie pkg_src builds, compilation, etc
...).

specs:

	model: apple powermac 8500
	cpu:	powerpc 604/120
	mem:	72MB (or 64, i forget) SODIMM, 512MB capcity
disk:	0GB (no disks), 50 pin scsi connectors
		cdrom, floppy
	condition:
good condition, i just needed something with more oomf
and quieter, plus more suited for multiple tasks. like
i said above, the open firmware is configured to boot
netbsd right now, works like a champ.

purchased in early 1996, model is approximately 10 years old

location:
	ann arbor

the system isn't worth shipping is my estimation.

free for pickup.

thanks, and thanks for keeping it running for years with netbsd.
