I've tried to ping my netbsd macppc host from netbsd
i386 and I have no packetloss!
but when it comes to downloading things speed gets
only upto 15KB/s! well thats much
faster than before (with generic kernel) which was
0.15KB
I've sshed to my mac and started to download
netbsd_macppc kernel from computer next to it, was
funny to watch cable 20cm lenght ethernet link and
speed of 0.15KB/s in addition to that I've
lost connection to my mac on half way with following
error message:
	Write failed: Host is down
I was quite surprised after I've connected monitor to
mac I've discovered following message from the kernel:
mcwatchdog: resetting chip
mcwatchdog: resetting chip

when I've checked ifconfig -a, mc0 was there with all
the settings when I've tried to ping my pc from mac
I've
got following error message:
ping: sendto: no buffer space available
ping: sendto: no buffer space available
and so on
after I reboot pc and set all stuff up again + I went
do /dev and ran MAKEDEV all
and guess what? my transfer rate increased a lot
actually it's 935KB/s! i don't know the
reason for that but it seems like I'll keep this
ethernet for a bit and will try to see if any problems
accurs
if anybody got any suggestions on this matter you are
more than welcome to help

Thanx everyone
