I need to build some MD/RAMDISK kernels with crunchgen binaries installed,
in order to more extensively test the patches I have for MBR support in the
macppc kernel (two lines to fix) and fix to macppc's version of fdisk (also
only two lines to fix) to allow writing to the first track of a msdos
partition. Are there some clear and concise instructions somewhere on how
to build these particular objects? My attempts at doing this are not
succeeding.
