Yes, I downloaded it University of Minnesota mirror:

ftp://ftp.cs.umn.edu/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD/iso/

Actually, I just got the torrent from that mirror and downloaded the
ISO with bittorrent.  The MD5 checksum matches.
