I solved downloading an unofficial RC5 iso from:

http://netbsd.student.utwente.nl/NetBSD-2.0_RC5-iso/macppc/

It works well and I installed NetBSD succesfully.
Only another question: setting wscons to YES on /etc/rc.conf seems to be 
useless, am I wrong?
