You mean hpcarm? I don't think that it's affected by this problem, because it does
not panic as it seems to happen on macppc.

And, as I can confirm, the system remains still pingable, it only gets rather
unusefull.

What it could be done for all ports is to not allow the creation of a MFS partition
that was specified to be greater than RAM+SWAP.
