Not sure about in the tree, especially if we end up moving away from
XFree86 once the whole X shakeup settles.  Meanwhile, I'd be willing to
host an archive.

So, please send me your working XF86Config files and what *exact* model
you have.  "iBook" isn't nearly descriptive enough. Look at the model
support page to find Apple's "official" name for your machine:
