ok, i have a system that is almost ready to go.  i just need to get bootstrap
stuff onto it.  how do i do that?  how do i get bootstrap stuff onto sd0 when
i am booted from the cd-rom drive and installboot tells me that the secondary
bootloader needs to be in /

please help, i can't seem to figure this one out.

i wish i had a cd-rom burner so i could do this from a 2.0beta cd instead of
trying to hobble it on from a 1.6.2 cd.
