On this generation of machines, I'm pretty sure that all the IRQs are 
static wrt to the slots.   That is, slot A1 always has the same IRQ, 
slot B1 always has its own, invariable IRQ, etc.   There is only one 
IRQ wired to each slot and they are hard wired, so unless Grand 
Central plays with the IRQ assignment/physical pin relationship a 
given slot will always have the same IRQ.

In the era of this card, FWB had sold its hardware business to 
StreamLogic.   StreamLogic was later bought by someone else and 
discontinued sales of the Jackhammer line, though they kindly left 
the driver/firmware updates available for download for a long time.
