I can't speak for possibly the 7200, but the rest of the OF 1.0.5 type 
machines definitely have the PCI clock separate from the CPU clock, and 
they're 33 MHz.

It really shouldn't make much difference, anyway, since most modern IDE 
cards will work in 66 MHz PCI slots, too. At least the Promise ATA133 that 
I have will also do 66 MHz PCI.
