This is what I use on an iBook G3 (I don't know why I need the dev enet:0):

dev enet:0
boot enet:,ofwboot.xcf enet:/netbsd

My tftp, nfs and dhcp server is a NetBSD 1.6.2_STABLE i386. Also, check
if forward and reverse DNS for the client are setup correctly.
