I have a 9500/132 and while i've never tried booting it from a cd,
i have had a lot of problems booting it from a floppy. I've found
that the install floppys will not work with a local console, you
have to use a serial console. Also, OF will not boot anything after
a "DEFAULT CATCH" or "CLAIM" error, you must reset it with the
command "reset-all" for it to work.
