Someone also experienced dead slow ftp with pure_ftpd on
old g3 tower machines?

Any other protocol seems to be fine...copy over nfs
is way faster than 8kbytes/sec (o;
And this happens both ways within local LAN,

Interestingly ftp'ing from remote sites looks normal (200-250kb/sec)


Don't see any error logs or similar...only from time to time some
"frame length exceeded" messages...but those are normal for bm0.
