Without going thru the full bootable CD steps (i.e. $snag_boot and
$ofw_boot set to ''), it works. Didn't have all that other stuff setup so
I didn't try.

With the stuff you have, I get this error:

mkhybrid: option `-a' is ambiguous
Usage: mkisofs [options] file...

Use mkisofs -help
to get a list of valid options.

-a is of course the primary difference between the two example commands
given.

Haven't tried "anything" but I will fiddle around with it the next time I
reboot.

Yup. 2.0.1f. Beige G3 Rev. A.

The text editor is set to wrap at the width of the window. That xterm was
probably set to about 132 cols. Sorry.
