Subject: -current kernel panics on init?

For at least a couple of weeks now, I have been unable to build a
working
-current kernel for macppc. I get a panic that looks like when init
starts, with
the following traceback:

0xd5574dc0: at panic+18c
0xd5574e80: at exit1+58
0xd5574ec0: at sys_exit+3c
0xd5574ed0: at syscall_plain+120
0xd5574f40: at cpu_switchto+91c

Is there something I need to do to get a working kernel? or is this a
known
problem someone is working on? I have been using an old kernel and my
matching old install without any problems, but -current kernels have
been
dying as above for a while now.
