In GENERIC for 1.6.1 (formal release), gem0 is enabled, while in INSTALL
neither it nor gm0 are. I guess for some reason that driver was left out of
the INSTALL kernel. In any case, I've got my system up and running, with no
trouble whatsoever other than the little glitch with the OFB_ENABLE_CACHE
option.
Thanks to everyone who responded to me, I appreciate it. This is my first
NetBSD foray, and I'm quite happy with it.
