Dear port-macppc:

I'd like to make a multi-architecture-bootable NetBSD install CD and have read

http://www.au.netbsd.org/Documentation/bootcd.html

but am confused about the section on making a cd boot a Mac by holding down 'c'

http://www.au.netbsd.org/Documentation/bootcd.html#macppcimage

The sixth paragraph of this section finishes with

"Mkisofs will attach the proper Mac OS Type and Creator codes while
generating the ISO image file if the following line is added to the file
    /usr/src/distrib/cdrom/hfsmap.lst:"

Does that mean mkisofs reads the contents of
/usr/src/distrib/cdrom/hfsmap.lst when it runs (which seems
unlikely); or does it mean hsfmap.lst needs to be modified and then a
newer, better mkisofs built from package source?
