No, the sdd I mean is a menu-driven[%] program for low-level SCSI
functions, like formatting or reassigning blocks.  I think sdd stands
for something like SCSI Disk Doctor.

[%] Gag, yeah; it just hasn't annoyed me enough to make me put in
    anything saner.  (I don't need to use it much.)
