As previously said, those machines were sold with an optional UW SCSI
ATTO card. Inboard SCSI was never intended for storage.

At least for the ATA133 chip on the combo card, it is certainly the same
as the single ATA133 card, and for that one, it's and UltraTek chip.

At least, Darwin says that, since it loads UltraTek100 driver, not an
ACard6xxxM, which is present, too.

Unfortunately, grep -ir ultratek /usr/src/sys/dev/* gives nothing

I may be mistaken, though.
