Doing a make in /usr/src/distrib/cdrom/macppc_installboot will unencode 
the file macppcboot.raw.uue into macppcboot.raw.  I may be wrong, but I 
don't believe this is in the 1.6 sources.  I think it was added after 
1.6 was released so it is in -current.
