I didn't enable it in GENERIC because it is better in the long run to
develop the wscons support. So the default is to enforce the use of wskbd.

The problem here is that the X server does not issue any warning/error
when it can't switch to raw mode, letting the user wonder why
everything is broken. I'll try to do something about that.
