When the terminal program is started or shut down on the connection,
it may be sending a BREAK sequence, which will cause the system to
drop into the debugger.  This behavior is configurable.

For a server, really, you probably don't even want the debugger
configured.  Comment out "options DDB" from your configuration
file and build a new kernel.
