It seems to me, Marco, you may not get Open Firmware prompt now, 
because you set auto-boot? true ?

Is that right ?

You need
1. Powerup
2. auto-boot
3. NetBSD running
4. shutdown -h now  ( or sync;sync;sync;halt)
5. you get exit to OF,
   But you need to reset-all ....  please wait ...
   before doing so,
6. setenv auto-boot? false
7. reset-all
