Hi.

As you may be aware, I've rewritten bits of the macppc primary
bootstrap (bootxx), added support for macppc in the machine
independant /usr/sbin/installboot, and updated the floppy generation
in distrib/macppc to use this.

However, the generated boot floppy doesn't seem to work, at least on
the machine that another user has tried it on.

I'd like to know

a) if the following floppy image from the last snapshot works for you:

ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/arch/macppc/snapshot/20020407-1.5ZC/installation/boot.fs

b) if the following floppy image that i generated using the new framework:

ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/misc/lukem/macppc.fs

If a) works and b) doesn't, it means that I've borked something in
bootxx, and I need some assistance in trying to debug what I
stuffed up, and fix it.

If they both don't work, "ick!".

If they both work, "woo!".

In any case, if you do test both of these, please let me know your
results and what type of machine and OF version you have.

Thanks,
Luke.
