I bought also a Promise Ultra100 TX2 last week.
I tried this card with the latest kernel 1.5ZC(pciide.c v1.128) on Power
Macintosh G3 MT, but kernel booting stopped after finds Promise Ultra100 TX2
with messages below.

traptype 200 at 34e160
press a key to panic.

It is the same result.
