I am trying to install netbsd on a G4 cube.  I replaced the
internal harddrive so as not to destroy my OS X setup, formatted
the new drive under OS 9, then booted the netbsd cd.

while trying to format my netbsd root I continuously get errors
of the form

wdc0:0:0: lost interrupt
...

The faq suggested I post here for suggestions.

would lowing the ATA level on the drive using the utils
that came with the drive help?  Though of course, this assumes
I can find the disk util floppy that came with the drive...

Any other suggestions..
