This depends if you have the modem/ethernet combo or the ethernet alone.

The later case is just a DEC chip on the PCI bus iirc. The former case
has this weird bridge with the second ohare acting as a cascaded interrupt
controller, you can see it in the device tree, it's the 'pci106b,7' node.
