pkgsrc gets tagged for each release, so there is a pkgsrc for 1.5, 1.5.1,
1.5.2, ... . Not all of the packages in the 1.5.1 tag differed from the
ones in the 1.5 tag. So when we put packages up on the server, we only
include those which are new for the 1.5.1 pkgsrc tag.

Not that I'm aware of, other than the package documentation on the web
site.

Take care,
