I have a 266MHz model. Here's what I do:

* Boot into OF
* Type "setenv real-base F00000"
* Type "reset-all"
* Reboot back into OF
* Type "boot ide0/disk@0:0"

(Of course, you can set the boot string into OF, but I don't.)
