Hi,

  I'm not sure if you can get a USB version, but Sun *does* make a
keyboard that has the Control key in the correct place. When purchasing
directly from Sun, you need to specify that you want a Unix Workstation
keyboard. I've only seen this with the Ultra series (which did not use USB
mice), but it seems likely they would have Unix keyboards for their newer
models too.
