Not yet.

I don't have the tlp0 device (which is the ethernet device)...
It's funny because, the kernel from the boot cd mounted this device, but
the kernel that was installed doesn't.
Could anyone please explain me how to add new hardware? Do 
I have to recompile the kernel or just load a module into it 
(so like in linux or maybe BSD systems have another method for it?)

Where can I find full documentation on NetBSD? 
Should I maybe refer to the FreeBSD manual? Or?
