no, this should work if:

you have access to internet on this computer
net.inet.ip.forwarding = 1
net.inet.ip.redirect = 1    <- may work with 0, never tried
ipnat is loaded:
/usr/sbin/ipnat -F
/usr/sbin/ipnat -C
/usr/sbin/ipnat -f /etc/ipnat.conf
other computer have 192.168.1.1 as router
