Earlier this month I saw someone who had problem installing via ftp.
I had the same problem.
The sysinst ( something like that )( I booted from floppy ) tests the info
like gateway, ns, etc... with a ping.
I suspect the ping not working properly, so the script/program thinks the
gateway/ns are not accessible.
After configuring 'by hand' I can open an ftp-session etc ...., but the ping
still doesn't work.
