OK, I'll put it on my list of things to do.  I base most of these sorts of
documentation on user feedback.  Well over a year ago, I collected spurious
reports of various 10/100 ethernet cards, and pasted them into the FAQ and
INSTALL notes.

I can't whole-hog list all MI PCI ethernet cards, since we macppc'ers have
been burned quite a few times by endian problems in the drivers.
